This summer, I've taken some time to think about how and where I want to grow my teaching. Sometimes, the life of a yoga teacher is a lonely one and I find it hard to make decisions and actually putting yourself out there... All this thinking got me convinced that I need to give it my best shot!
The unchanged
I will still be giving my weekly classes at YogaHub in Swords, every Thursday from 18.30 to 19.30. I'll also try to help my fellow teachers by taking some cover classes here and there, in both the Swords studio and the Junction 6 one.

Summer special
Some of you already know that, but I've added a new FREE class to my agenda. I have been giving outdoor classes, in Newbridge House and Farm, in North County Dublin, since July 15th and all the way to September 16th (with a break in August, as my sister is getting married and she'd kill me if I wasn't there to help her... There will be no classes on August 16th and 26th, as well as September 2nd).
The classes are happening on Friday evenings at 18.00 and you can sign up directly on my website (it is better to register for the class so I can keep you posted in case the weather doesn't cooperate).

What now?
First things first, I decided to start my own thing and try to give back to the community. I will therefore be adding a new class on Monday evenings at 19.00. Classes will be held at The Cottage Community Centre, in Lusk.
Same here, you can sign up on my website, I am offering the first class free (make sure to select the option upon checkout) and also a drop-in option or a class pass. If you have any questions or concerns, don't be shy, just send me a message and I'll get back to you :)
The space is limited, so make sure to sign up early and to cancel if you cannot join.

I am also in contact with different studios to maybe add other classes and styles to the agenda, but that will be announced later as nothing is confirmed.
Looking forward to see you all on the mat!
