I'd like to join a class, how do I choose?
I am teaching two classes each week. The first one in Lusk, at The Cottage Community Centre, on Mondays at 19.00. To join, you can book straight from this website, either from the Class Pass page (for a free trial or a 3 class pass) or from the Booking page.
The second class I teach is in the YogaHub in Swords, every Thursday at 18.30. You can book this one straight from the Mind Body App.
You can either book a single drop in class from the Booking page.
There is a 3 class pass available. Once it is purchase, you'll need to go to the calendar and book the class you would like to join. These classes don't have to be booked on consecutive weeks, you can come once, and book your second class a couple of weeks later.
There is also a Winter class pass available for the first time. When purchased, you'll be added to all the classes during the term at the location you purchased it for.

For classes being held in Community Centres (Lusk and Skerries), you'll need to bring your own mat, and maybe your own props (towel, blocks, blanket...) and a bottle of water.

Can I get more info on the classes you teach?
I have never done Yoga before, can I still join?
The short answer is YES!
I always adapt my classes for every level. Also, Yoga is not a competition, it's about moving and feeling your body moving, so anyone can join really.

I would advise to let me know if you are a beginner and I'll make sure that you start with a good base.
