One-on-One Programme

Yoga has kept me sane during the hardest times and helped me become more resilient and confident. I wish to bring that to others and sometimes, a tailored programme is needed.

First step: get in touch

If you are interested in tailored, personalised classes, the first step is to get in touch with me. Let me know where you are in your movement journey and what are your objectives, why are you looking for such a service.

Second step: meeting with me

Once we have exchanged a little bit about your expectations and the "why", we'll meet somewhere and go deeper. This meeting will be for me to assess how I can help you and for you to get a first contact.

Third step: first class

Let's say we both agree and decide to get started with private classes, I'll come to your place and we'll do our first practice together. This will most likely be a shorter practice so you can discover my teaching style.

Final step

After the three steps above, you'll have a choice to make, either we start a learning journey together or we decide not to.

I am a firm believer that both teacher and practitioner choose each other, so trust yourself to make the right choice.

We'll set-up a cadence, time and day. I offer the two following options:

  • Four class subscription

  • Eight class subscription

(Please note that these do not have to be taken during four/eight consecutive weeks, we'll work together to set these up)
