St Macullins Centre - Lusk

AUTUMN TERM

Starts September 8th

Join me on Monday evenings, from 19.00 to 20.00, in the St Macullins room (Church like building above the Community Centre) in Lusk.

Classes are suitable for all levels, but feel free to reach out if you'd like more information.

Join me on Wednesday for a Yin Yoga class.

For an hour, tune in to listen to the breath and the body, allowing for a deep body stretch where the breath is your best friend.
