St Macullins Centre - Lusk

Winter Term starts January 6th

Join me on Monday evenings, from 19.00 to 20.00, in the St Macullins room (Church like building above the Community Centre) in Lusk.

Classes are suitable for all levels, but feel free to reach out if you'd like more information.

Violet Sky Community

For this term, there will be two weekly classes at Violet Sky:

  • from 19.20, I'll be teaching a Mobility Flow, which is a fusion of Mobility drills incorporated in a Yoga flow

  • from 20.30, Yin Yoga is back. You can learn more about this Yoga style on My Story page.
