Join me on Monday evenings, from 19.00 to 20.00, in the St Macullins room (Church like building above the Community Centre) in Lusk.

Classes are suitable for all levels.

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing already, I'll propose lots of variations so you can adapt to you own needs.

You'll need to bring you own mat and a bottle of water. Feel free to also have any props you might use (blocks, blanket...)

There are three pricing options:

• €10 drop-in

• €25 for a 3 class pass (classes don't have to be used on consecutive weeks)

• €56 for the full term pass (7 sessions)
